Carla Humphrey Jordan (born on August 30, 1974) is a 48-year-old public administrator who is currently serving as Electoral Counselor at INE (Instituto Nacional Electoral).
She also served as the electoral counselor of the General Council of the Electoral Institute of the Federal District (IEDF) from January 2006 to January 2013 after being appointed unanimously on December 22, 2005.
During her management as Electoral Advisor of the IEDF, she served as the President of the Political Associations Commission (2006-2008) and the Broadcasting Committee President.
Recently she was in the headlines because news came that the Technical Evaluation Committee rejected Humphrey from seeking to relieve Lorenzo Córdova in the National Electoral Institute (INE) presidency.
