The Russian military has advised Kiev citizens to flee the city, threatening to launch missile attacks against Kiev infrastructure.

According to an American official, the modest, long armored column coming down on Kiev’s capital city has made no progress in the previous 24 hours. Ukraine’s Deputy Foreign Minister released a video of a demolished apartment building in a village barely 50 kilometers from Kiev.
