Jason was born in Palo Alto, California (on April 12, 1977); it was in the year 1889 when his great-great-grandfather Jacob Stern moved to Hollywood to become a realtor in Los Angeles after he founded The Stern Realty Co. it was he who brought the real estate to the Oppenheim’s, this business has been in his family for the last five generations, it is now handed over to Jason and his twin brother Brett Oppenheim.

These two were not always this responsible as kids; during their early teen years, they were pretty unruly, and their mother, Deborah Oppenheim, had to send them to a correctional camp located in Idaho to get their behavior in check, it was of no use they returned as the same, this time it was their father, Bennett Oppenheim decided to take things in his hands and got them on the right track, he was strict but for their betterment.

Things began to look good when Jason got into Mission San Jose High School in Fremont, California; even though he barely graduated, his ways of living began to change when he started junior college and then got into the University of California Berkeley, where Jason received his undergraduate and Doctor of Law degree and graduated top of his class, then went on to practice what he studied for so hard.

Jason Oppenheim started his career as a lawyer, and he worked at an international law firm known as O’Melveny & Myers from 2003–2007; his job was to represent a wide range of corporate clients, and he did his job well, but he still had a sense of missing out on his full potential it was then he left to take part in the family business, by joining Coldwell Banker as a realtor Jason quickly established himself and his team was known as No.1 Real Estate Team on the West Coast.

Three years in the business and Jason founded The Oppenheim Group brokerage in Sunset Blvd. and Sunset Plaza Dr., where he and his team sell 100 properties every year with record-breaking transactions; a few of his high-profile clients include Jessica Alba, Dakota Johnson, Kris Humphries, Chloë Grace Moretz, and Joel Kinnaman, among the many others.
