The first century of the 2020 season of the Indian Premier League is named after King XI Punjab captain KL Rahul. Strongly batting against RCB, he posted an undefeated 132 runs off of 59 balls with 14 fours and five sixes.

His century helped Punjab score 206 buckets in three overs in 20 overs. Rahul reached IPL’s second-century career by hitting six and four from the first two balls of the eight.

In this superb game, he also gets help from Captain Virat Kohli in the opposing team as Kohle gave up K.L two quick catches. After the two lives, Rahul made an even more risky batting and increased the pace of the runs, after which he became the first player to score a century in this IPL season.

With this, he overcame Rohit Sharma and Suresh Raina in the matter of scoring a century. All of these batsmen have a century in their titles. Not just that, Rahul hit four of the last ball of the first over in the game, and Rahul became the 32nd cricketer to finish two thousand runs in the IPL.

With this, Rahul became the first Indian to complete the fastest 2,000 runs in the IPL. In this situation, he left Sachin Tendulkar behind.
