After moving from Camberley to Beaconsfield, she started learning classical music and even attended piano classes. There is a theatre in Maidenhead named Redroofs Theatre School where Ashley participated in a stage show for the first time.
There was an argument with parents regarding career choices, but she convinced them, after which Pillai attended London’s Arts Educational School.
Acting Career
Breaking all the odds, Simone Ashley did her training and completed her graduation in 2017, but her chance to act came a year early, in 2016. It was “Wolfblood,” Debbie Moon’s award-winning fantasy drama, which got quite popular among teens.
In no time after “Wolfblood,” Simone signed in for another drama series called “Guilt.” In this production of Nichole Millard, the character that Pillai played appeared in only one episode, titled “A Simple Plan.”
