Nikolai Kinski (born on July 30, 1976) is a 46-year-old French-American actor based in Los Angeles, California. He debuted in the acting industry in 1989 with Klaus Kinski-directed musical drama “Paganini,” playing Achille Paganini.

As per records, he starred in more than 64 movies and shows. Some of his notable works are “Nord Nord Mord,” “Der Mordanschlag,” “SOKO Stuttgart,” “Dreamfactory,” “The Yellow Birds,” “Kalter Hund,” “The Two Lives of Daniel Shore” and “Nichts geht mehr.”

In 2023, Nikolai gained prominence after he appeared playing Emperor Romanos in 2nd season of the highly anticipated Netflix series “Vikings: Valhalla,” which aired on January 12. Nikolai was a toddler when he moved to America with his family but sadly, his parents separated after the divorce in 1979. Following the separation of his parents, Nik lived with his mom and grew up attending a school in California.

He fell in love with acting when he was only 7 and started visiting a local drama academy. Eventually, he became part of a theatre, and from there, he moved to movies.

In 1989 Kinski got picked for “Paganini,” where he played Achille Paganini. Working on a film started a fire in Nikolai’s heart to become a successful actor, which is why he became focused on the art. After college, Nikolai worked on a few short movies for a few years, but in 2000 he joined the cast of “West Coast,” and his career took off. In the following four years, he worked on numerous productions, namely “Tortilla Soup,” “Never Get Outta the Boat,” “The Devil Who Called Himself God,” “Dirty Sky,” and “Connecting Dots.”

In 2004 he stepped into the TV industry when Rainer Matsutani picked him for the role of Milan Farkas in his TV movie “Untreu.” It was a crime drama featuring brilliant actors like Jennifer Ulrich, Mariele Millowitsch, Max von Thun, and Roland Koch.
